Bajel Projects Ltd has announced the launch of “Saksham” – The Trainees’ Development Program, a pioneering initiative designed to build its own cadre of skilled professionals and strengthen the company’s future leadership pipeline.
The inaugural batch of trainees commenced their journey with Bajel Projects Ltd on August 4, 2025, a release from Bajel Projects said.
A first-of-its-kind initiative in the sector, Saksham is a one-year integrated program aimed at recruiting high-potential talent from campuses across India and equipping them with the technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills required in the specialized EPC domain.
Built on the globally recognized 70-20-10 learning model, Saksham offers a rich blend of on-the-job learning, mentoring, and classroom-based sessions, ensuring that trainees develop both technical proficiency and essential professional competencies.
