Bondada Engineering Ltd has announced the receipt of a letter of intent (LoI) from Adani Group relating to a Rs.1,050-crore solar power-related order in Gujarat.
In a stock exchange filing, Bondada said that the LoI was received from Adani Group entities Adani Green Energy Ltd and Adani Green Energy Six Ltd.
The underlying order, valued at Rs.1,050 crore (excluding taxes), involves supply of goods for the balance of system (BoS) of Adani Group’s 650-MW solar power project at Khavda Renewable Energy Park in Gujarat.
The order is scheduled for completion within one year from the date of receipt of LoI, Bondada said.
“This LOI reaffirms the company’s continued participation and recognition in the renewable energy infrastructure domain, further strengthening its order book and execution pipeline. The company is delighted to be associated with this project and remains committed to contributing to India’s clean energy mission,” Bondada said in the stock exchange filing.
Scope of work
The scope of work includes the complete design, engineering, manufacturing, procurement, quality assurance, packing, and delivery of materials at site. It also covers associated activities such as Factory Acceptance Tests, rectification and remedial works, and provision of necessary tools and equipment to ensure satisfactory performance.
It also entails services such as receipt, unloading, storage, handling, installation, testing, and commissioning of free-issue materials, along with associated civil, mechanical, electrical, and structural works leading to successful project commissioning, the filing said.
