Gautam Solar has unveiled its 630Wp R-Series TOPCon Solar Modules, engineered for higher efficiency, durability, and superior energy yield.
The new modules are ALMM and BIS approved, ensuring compliance for government projects and large-scale tenders, while meeting the highest industry standards, a release from Gautam Solar said.
Built on N-Type TOPCon (Tunnel Oxide Passivated Contact) technology, the R Series modules deliver up to 23.32 per cent module efficiency with a maximum power output of 630Wp.
Designed with 182mm x 210mm wafers, rectangular cell, half-cut technology, and multi-bus bar (MBB) technology, these modules significantly reduce resistive losses and maximize system performance.
Key Technical Highlights
- High power output of 630Wp per module for optimized BOS cost and IRR improvement
- Module efficiency up to 23.32 per cent, outperforming PERC modules
- Approximately 30 per cent bifacial gain under optimal conditions
- Long-Term Reliability: First-year degradation <1 per cent; Annual degradation ≤0.4 per cent
- Low LID/LeTID due to N-type cells
- Ideal for hot Indian climates with temperature coefficient less than -0.29 per cent/°C
- Durability Tested: 5400 Pa snow load / 2400 Pa wind load certified
- ALMM-listed (MNRE) & BIS-certified (IS 14286/IS 61730) for Indian projects
