KEI Industries Ltd witnessed healthy growth in exports during the first half (H1: April to September) of FY26.
According to an investor presentation filed on stock exchanges, KEI’s exports revenue of wire and cable in H1FY26, at Rs.757 crore, was more than twice the comparable figure of Rs.346 crore in H1FY25.
Here are some performance highlights:
Domestic institutional cable and wire sales touched Rs.1,292 crore in H1FY26 as against Rs.1,189 crore in H1FY25 – registering a growth of nearly 9 per cent.
- Domestic institutional sale of EHV cables stood at Rs.244 crore in H1FY26, over 60 per cent higher than the corresponding Rs.152 crore in H1FY25.
- Total institutional cable and wire sales, including exports, contributed 43.12 per cent to total sales in H1FY26 as against 38.80 per cent in H1FY25.
- Total institutional cable and wire sales, including exports increased by around 36 per cent from Rs.1,687 crore in H1FY25 to Rs.2,293 crore in H1FY26.
- Cable and wire sales through the dealer/distributor network grew 19.6 per cent year-on-year in H1FY26 to reach Rs.2,801 crore, from Rs.2,343 crore in H1FY25. Such sales contributed 52.69 per cent to the company’s overall sales in H1FY26.
- KEI’s total revenue, at Rs.5,317 crore in H1FY26 was 22.3 per cent higher than Rs.4,349 crore in H1FY25
- As of September 30, 2025, KEI’s order book was Rs.3,824 crore comprising domestic institutional cables (Rs.2,068 crore); export cables (Rs.636 crore), EHV cables (Rs.636 crore) and EPC (Rs.484 crore).
