Rays Power Infra clinches solar EPC orders in Gujarat, Assam

 

 

Rays Power Infra Ltd has announced the winning of three new solar EPC orders to be executed in Gujarat and Assam.

In a release, Rays Power Infra said that these solar EPC mandates, two of which have been placed by a Central public sector undertaking, aggregate 520 MWp. The third is from a global renewable energy developer, Rays Power said without naming the entities.

These orders marked the company’s entry in the Gujarat and Assam markets. This also positions the company as one of the key EPC players with a current presence in 14 India states, the company observed.

“The combined order value for these projects, underlines company’s commitment to advancing sustainable energy solutions. This strategic move not only reinforces the company’s foothold in the renewable energy landscape but also strengthens its relationship with the stakeholders in the industry,” the company release noted.

 

Order pipeline

Looking ahead, the company is actively pursuing further growth opportunities. The company has submitted multiple bids for solar EPC projects in India, Mauritius, Liberia, Bangladesh and Sierra Leone, with a cumulative value exceeding Rs.3,400 crore and outcome of which is awaited. This underscores Rays Power Infra’s dedication in contributing to the growth of green energy, and supporting the energy transition in diverse regions, the release added.
