Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy Ltd (SWREL), in an announcement, said that it has received the letter of intent for a new solar EPC order, valued at around Rs.1,200 crore.
To be executed in Gujarat, the order entails design, engineering, procurement and construction of Balance of System (BoS) for a 500-MW (AC) solar PV project on EPC basis.
In addition to EPC with single point responsibility, it will also include comprehensive O&M for a period of three years, a release from SWREL said.
Speaking on the new order announcement, Amit Jain, Global CEO, Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy Group shared, “We are proud to receive this prestigious order, which will support India and especially Gujarat’s transition towards clean energy.
