Genus Power Infrastructures Ltd launched its new hybrid solar inverter at the recently-concluded Bharat Renewable Expo 2026 in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

At the event, group entities Genus Power Infrastructures Ltd and Genus Innovation Ltd showcased an integrated portfolio of energy storage, solar, designed to support India’s renewable energy transition and smart meters benefits to consumers of Rajasthan.

At the expo, Genus Innovation showcased its latest energy storage systems (ESS) and solar inverter portfolio, while also launching its new hybrid solar inverter solution.

The display highlighted products engineered for residential and commercial applications, focusing on reliability, efficiency, and ease of use. Key products on display included the MaxiLion ESS Series – highest selling in lithium ion category, GTI X-1 and GTI X-2 Series, Hi-Flo Hybrid Series, and MaxiLife V2 / Flexion M Pro, underscoring the company’s focus on dependable and future-ready power backup solutions, a release by Genus Power said.

Alongside this, Genus Power Infrastructure also spot-lighted the role of smart meters as net meter for rooftop solar panels without any extra investment, enabling greater transparency and control over energy consumption.

The company engaged with consumers and stakeholders on how smart metering can help households in Rajasthan to better understand their electricity usage, track consumption patterns, and pay bills online from anywhere through the mobile app.

According to Jitendra Kumar Agarwal, Joint Managing Director, Genus Power Infrastructure Ltd., said, “For us, smart metering is ultimately about putting clarity and control back in the hands of consumers. When people understand how they use electricity, they make better choices. Through platforms like the Bharat Renewable Expo, we get a chance to have direct conversations and show how simple tools such as smart meters and the Genus App can make everyday energy use more transparent and stress-free.
