Adani Transmission incorporates new subsidiary for T&D business

Adani Transmission Ltd (ATL), in a stock exchange communication, said that it has incorporated a new subsidiary.

The communication said that a wholly-owned subsidiary “Adani Transmission Step-Two Limited” was incorporated on August 2, 2022.

The company was incorporated for transmission, distribution and supply of power and other infrastructure services related thereto, ATL said.

The new subsidiary has been registered with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat at Ahmedabad, and is yet to commence its business operations, the communication said, without giving further details.
