Havells India has reported a 14 per cent year-on-year growth in its cables business revenue during Q4 (January to March) of FY24.

In a release, Havells India said that its cables business grew by 14 per cent with revenues rising to Rs.1,790 crore in Q4 of FY24 from Rs.1,568 crore in Q4 of FY23.

The cables business accounted for roughly one-third of the company’s total business revenue in Q4 of FY24 — more or less maintaining its share in Q3 of FY23.

The performance of various divisions of Havells India is summarized here:

Decent overall performance

Commenting on the financial performance, Anil Rai Gupta, Chairman and Managing Director, Havells India Ltd, said, “Decent overall performance supported by continued infrastructure led demand, promising start of summer season and some early signs of benefit from real estate uptick. We achieved margin expansion through operational efficiencies while sustaining investments in long-term capabilities.”
