Polycab India Ltd has announced the launch of its new Polycab Solar Kits at the Renewable Energy India (REI) Expo 2025 in Greater Noida.
The launch underscores Polycab’s expanding focus on renewable energy and reaffirms its commitment to empowering customers with easy accessibility by combining various products into a kit, a release from Polycab India said.
Over the past few years, Polycab has significantly deepened its presence in India’s solar and renewable energy space. In FY25, the company developed a combined renewable energy capacity of 32.755 MW, spanning wind and solar power assets. Notably, 17 per cent of Polycab’s total electricity consumption now comes from renewable sources, helping the company avoid over 31,000 tonnes of CO₂ emissions in the last financial year — a clear reflection of its alignment with India’s clean energy vision.
The newly launched Polycab Solar Kits offer a one-stop solar power solution tailored for residential, commercial, and rural applications. Each kit integrates high-efficiency grid-tie inverters, solar cables, AC/DC distribution boxes and accessories like earthing kits, connectors and lugs delivering a reliable and easy-to-install solution designed to make solar energy more accessible.
This launch builds upon Polycab’s existing solar portfolio, which includes string inverters, solar cables, and other energy-efficient components, the release added.
