Power Mech Projects receives order for thermal power project works

Power Mech Projects Ltd, in a stock exchange filing, has reported the winning of several orders for works related to thermal power projects.

The various orders are:

  • Civil, structural and architectural works for flue gas desulphurisation (FGD) system in existing 1×800-MW North Chennai Thermal Power Plant, Stage-III, Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The order, placed by Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd, is valued at Rs.119 crore.

 

  • Execution of complete site services and erection works for coal, limestone and gypsum handling plant package for THDC India’s Khurja super thermal power project (2x660MW) located in Bulandshehar district of Uttar Pradesh, placed by Thyssenkrupp Industries India Pvt Ltd. The same entity has placed an order for supply of structural steel fabricated items for the same project. The two orders are collectively valued at Rs.184.63 crore.

 

  • Balance erection works of boiler, turbine-generator auxiliaries, critical piping, low/medium piping works at Unit #2 of 2×800-MW Godda thermal power plant at Jharkhand. The value of the order is Rs.105 crore. The entity placing the order is unknown but the upcoming power plant is owned by Adani Power.
