Ultracab receives vendor approvals from PSUs

Wire and cable manufacturer Ultracab (India) Ltd has received vendor approvals from various public sector undertakings, the Navi Mumbai-headquartered company said in a stock exchange communication.

Ultracab said that it has received vendor approvals from Power Grid Corporation of India, IREL (India), Gujarat Housing Board and Bilaspur Smart City Ltd.  (IREL (India) was formerly known as Indian Rare Earths Ltd.)

It may be mentioned that in November 2020, Ultracab had received similar approvals from government bodies like Public Works Department (Raipur & Bilaspur), Mumbai Port Trust and Bhavnagar Municipal Corporation.

 

New orders

In its stock exchange communication, the company also said that it has won purchase orders worth Rs.5.90 crore from companies like Hindustan Zinc Ltd, Jain Irrigation and Grasim Industries. No further details were provided.
