Schneider Electric Infrastructure Ltd (SEIL) has recorded its highest-ever quarterly order intake in the first quarter (Q1: April to June) of FY27.

In a release, SEIL said that its Q1FY27 order intake stood at Rs.915 crore – the highest ever in any quarter in the company’s history.

The company enjoyed strong demand across emerging segments like data centres and semiconductors. In an investor presentation, SEIL said that in Q1FY27, it won the largest front-end fab order for the semiconductor segment, driven by the company’s customized solutions.

The presentation also noted that SEIL landed significant orders from leading data centre customers for MV switchgear panels, transformers, automation panels, etc.

As of June 30, 2026, Schneider Electric Infrastructure’s order backlog stood at Rs.2,169 crore, marking a 32.7 per cent growth over the comparable level as at the close of Q1FY26. The strong order book provides healthy revenue visibility, SEIL noted in a press release.

Resilient performance

Commenting on the company’s performance, Deepak Sharma, Zone President- Greater India, Schneider Electric, and Board Director, Schneider Electric Infrastructure Ltd, said, “We have delivered a resilient performance in Q1FY27, marked by the highest-ever quarterly order intake in the Company’s history. This achievement reflects the strength of our customer relationships, the relevance of our technology-led portfolio, and growing opportunities across both established and emerging segments. As India continues its electrification, industrial modernization, and digital transformation journey, we remain committed to supporting our customers with sustainable, efficient, and future-ready solutions. While profitability during the quarter was impacted by cost pressures on certain legacy projects, our focus remains on disciplined execution, portfolio enrichment, and capturing opportunities in high-growth segments to drive long-term value creation for all stakeholders.”
