Bajel Projects wins its first data centre-related order

Bajel Projects Ltd has announced the winning of its first order in the data centre segment.

In a release, Bajel said that it has made a successful foray into the nascent data centre segment by securing its first order for an upcoming data centre service provider.

The order covers design and construction of a 220/33kV gas insulated switchgear (GIS) substation and transmission line extension for a colocation data center in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.

This project, underscores Bajel’s strategic entry into the rapidly growing data center market driven by India’s digital transformation, increasing demand for data storage and processing capabilities, the communication said.

Bajel will leverage its extensive expertise in design, engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) to deliver critical power infrastructure solutions.

 

The project will feature a combination of lattice towers and monopoles, conductors along with other essential components like GIS substation, ensuring reliable, efficient and round the clock power supply.

 

Bajel is committed to completing this project within the stipulated timeframe. The project will be executed with strict adherence to quality and safety standards, further solidifying Bajel’s reputation for safety and operational excellence, the communication added.
