Jyoti Structures Ltd has reported strong financial performance during the third quarter (Q3: October to December) and the first nine months (9M: April to December) of FY26.

In a release, Mumbai-headquartered Jyoti Structures Ltd said that the company delivered strong operational and financial performance during the period, driven by disciplined execution, effective cost management, and steady progress across its order book. Performance during the quarter reflects continued momentum across core businesses.

While total income in Q3FY26, at Rs.214.07 crore, was up 54.4 per cent year-on-year, the corresponding growth for 9MFY26 was 57.8 per cent with income standing at Rs.531.68 crore in 9MFY26.

The release quoting a company spokesperson, said, “The company has demonstrated an accelerated pace of growth in Q3 and over the first nine months of FY2025–26. This performance reflects a stronger order book, improved on-ground execution, and the operationalisation of the second tower manufacturing unit at Nashik. The company continues to see a healthy pipeline with expanding opportunities in the transmission and distribution space.”

Order book

As per information previously released by the company, the outstanding order book of Jyoti Structures Ltd currently stands at nearly Rs.2,400 crore (excluding GST) and includes a mega Rs.741-crore HVDC-related order placed by Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd (PGCIL).

Nashik facility

Earlier in January 2026, Jyoti Structures commissioned and brought into operation the galvanization facility associated with its second tower manufacturing facility at Nashik, Maharashtra.

With this, annual manufacturing capacity of 36,000 tonnes was brought on stream. The company has another such facility at Nashik itself, also with 36,000 tonnes-per-year capacity. The second, brought into operations in August 2022, is now functioning at optimum levels.
