The outstanding order book of Rajesh Power Services Ltd (RPSL) has crossed Rs.4,000 crore.

In an investor presentation, RPSL said that as of September 30, 2026, its outstanding order book was Rs.3647 crore, which included Rs.2,579 crore (or 71 per cent) from the power distribution segment and the remaining Rs.1068 crore (or 29 per cent) from power transmission.

Besides, the company received new orders worth Rs.458 crore in October 2026, taking the overall unexecuted order book to Rs.4,105 crore, as of around November 2, 2026.

The new order inflow during the first half (H1: April to September) of FY27 stood at Rs.1,250 crore. In this period, Rajesh Power expanded its geographical footprint to Odisha, winning its very first set of orders, aggregating Rs.212 crore, from state transco Odisha Power Transmission Corporation Ltd.

Strong opportunity pipeline

According to Kurang Panchal, Chairman & Managing Director, Rajesh Power Services Ltd, “H1FY27 has been a landmark half for Rajesh Power, marked by strong, broad-based growth in both our topline and bottomline.

The power transmission and distribution sector is in the midst of a once-in-a-generation investment cycle. Rising peak power demand, India’s ambitious renewable energy targets, and the large-scale expansion of the inter and intra-state transmission network envisaged under the National Electricity Plan and the Green Energy Corridor Phase III are creating a strong and sustained pipeline of opportunities. At the distribution level, RDSS, grid modernisation, underground cabling in cities and the rapid growth of data centres and industrial corridors are driving demand for GIS substations and EHV cabling, the very segments where RPSL has deep domain expertise and a proven track record.

Our healthy aggregate order book of approximately Rs.4,000 crore, strong relationships with state utilities and growing presence across Gujarat, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh and Odisha give us good revenue visibility for the coming many quarters. This provides a solid foundation for sustained business growth and enables the Company to plan its operations and resource deployment effectively.”

Project execution

Rajesh Power Services Ltd, in its investor presentation, said that it commissioned orders worth Rs.929 crore during H1FY27. In terms of equipment, this represented 2,747 ring main units (RMU), 310 distribution transformers, around 12,000 distribution poles, 905 km of 11kV cables and nearly 11,000 km of medium voltage covered conductor (MVCC).

In the same period, RPSL commissioned four AIS substations that involved, among other equipment, 157 km of EHV cables.
